Croatian Tourism Days

Croatian Tourism Days are the largest gathering of tourism professionals in Croatia. The multi-day programme traditionally commemorates the tourist year in the Republic of Croatia, while professional lectures, workshops, presentations and working meetings are a forum to summarise tourism and economic achievements, comment on current topics related to tourism and present the potential for further development and more efficient positioning of Croatian tourism.

As part of the programme, the Annual Croatian Tourism Awards are presented, with the final award ceremony broadcast on the national television network. The Annual Croatian Tourism Awards are a joint project of the Ministry of Tourism and Sport, the Croatian National Tourist Board and the Croatian Chamber of Economy, created with the aim of further encouraging competitiveness, innovation and awareness of sustainable development and of raising the quality of services and products in the tourism sector. The awards are given to individuals, prominent figures in the tourism industry and the best destinations and businesses that have earned these prestigious recognitions with their work and results.
