‘Tourism: An International Interdisciplinary Journal’ is an international scientific and professional journal available in open access with an impressive tradition of publishing articles on matters of contemporary tourism, which has been regularly published since 1953.

The journal focuses particularly on contributions taking a critical approach to existing knowledge and speaks about emerging matters while publishing four types of contributions: original scientific papers, case studies, review articles and brief announcements. The co-publishers of the journal are the Institute for Tourism and the Croatian National Tourist Board.
